Upon proof of your identity as a User, you have the right to obtain from Interstock N.V. the processing or not of your personal data. If Interstock N.V. processes your data, you also have the right to inspect the personal data collected. If you wish to use your right of access, Interstock N.V. will comply with this right within one (1) month of receipt of the request. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be improved. It is up to the user to adjust inaccuracies and incompleteness in the first place. You may exercise your right of improvement by providing an additional statement to Interstock N.V. Interstock N.V. will comply with this within one (1) month of receiving the additional declaration.

You also have the right to have your personal data deleted by us without unreasonable delay. You can only rely on this right to be forgotten in the following cases:

6.3 Right to limit / oppose the processing of your personal data

The user has the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your personal data:

During the period that Interstock N.V. requires to verify the accuracy of the personal data, in case of dispute;

  • If the processing of the data is illegal and the User requests a limitation of the treatment instead of deleting the personal data;
  • When Interstock N.V. no longer needs the User's personal data for processing purposes and the User needs personal data concerning a legal claim;
  • During the period that Interstock N.V. requires to assess the presence of the reasons for deletion of personal data.

The user also has the right at any time to object to the processing of his personal data. Interstock N.V. then ceases to process your personal data, unless Interstock NV can provide legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing of your personal data that outweigh the user's right to object.

6.4 Right to portability of data

The user has the right to obtain the personal data provided to Interstock N.V. in a structured, current and machine readable form. 6.5 Right to withdraw my permission / right to file a complaint

The user has the right to withdraw his permission at any time. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the treatment on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal. In addition, the user has the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of his personal data by Interstock N.V. to the Belgian Commission for the protection of privacy.
