Company

  • SA Interstock was founded in 1977 by Mr. Jean-Paul Pannekoek, and  was located in the center of Ronse. It's activity consisted mainly of  sale, supply and installation of metal shelving.

    In the early eighties, because of the demand, the company underwent a metamorphosis when it equipped itself to manufacture custom wooden furniture.

    In 1982 continuous expansion forced the company to move to a new 840m² building in the industrial area "Little France ", Ninoofsesteenweg 607 in 9600 Ronse. This newly built construction consisted of a showroom, offices, manufacturing and storage areas and was equipped with even more specialized wood-working machines.

    More and more, the arrangement for food, fruit and vegetable products, beverage centers, gift items, electro, DIY, Garden & Pets hobby stores, etc ... came on the agenda.
    Lack of storage room, and a pursuit for constant innovation, new technologies and trends, pushed for a further expansion of  the commercial building with 700m ² in 1990.

    In the nineties, the second generation of this family enterprise stepped into the company.
    The domestic production experienced a sharp growth. The layout of press-shops, clothing stores, perfume stores, optical, and more specialized matters became the business assets.
    By integrating advanced computer-controlled machines, the commercial building was only recently (2002) extended with another 300m ².

    Currently, the company employs 10 persons, including the management, which enables us to meet our customers' needs in a relatively short times and in a very flexible way.  Not only stores and wholesale sector but also private customers can enjoy  the supply of equipment or furniture, designed and manufactured by Interstock.
